Rest → containers show Primary 60% 1px (hierarchy always in view)
Hover → Alert 1px (disabled while an item is selected)
Select an item → Alert 4px + format panel opens immediately (no options bar)
Ancestor containers → Alert 2px; other containers dim to Primary 20%
Handle appears on select, above the top-left edge; drag the panel by its header
Text → one click edits inline + raises the Aa bar above the block (w/ duplicate + delete)
